There was that one guy who paid $4000+ for an unbuilt AT-1 I believe,
and I recall seeing his web site - he's building it!  I can't find the link
now that I want it, but he had photos of the construction in progress.

Reminds of stories I heard as a kid that rich folks would dissolve a
diamond in <was it vinegar??> and then drink it just cuz they were
so rich they could!  Whether true or not, it makes the point!
