[Heathkit] HeathKit HO-10 Monitor Scope

I have a HeathKit HO-10 Monitor Scope and need to find a part it is the =
"Phase Shift Network" part number 60,  84-22 I need 2 of these can =
anyone tell me where to get this or a replacement for it.  It has these =
numbers on it 1346410 and G4-22 not sure what they mean.
