Hello to All,

I just bought an SB-301, and after rebuilding the power supply, cleaning all the wafer switches, I finally got it to work. When I did an alignment on it, all bands had good sensitivity, except 80 meters. When I started checking continuity on the input circuit, I found that there was no continuity between the antenna side of the input coil and ground. I removed the coil, and find that there is no input winding on it. I suspect that it took a lightning strike and blew the small gauge wire out. Anyway, I am in need of Heathkit part no. 40-759, the 80 meter antenna input coil. I am going to try and wind one, but not knowing the number of turns, I will only be guessing.

Thanks in advance.
