[Heathkit] Problem retrieving manuals from bama.sbc.edu (HW-101)

I've been searching for HW-101 manuals and have seen many references to the
bama.sbc.edu manual resource.  Unfortunately, it always gives me an error
each time I try to connect (max number of FTP users exceeded).  This seems
to be the case no matter when I try connecting.  Does anyone else have this
problem?

Does anyone know of another location where I might find an HW-101 manual?
