[Heathkit] FS Heathkit model IM-2400 Counter

For Sale, one Model IM-2400 Handheld 512 MHz Frequency Counter. Includes, the 
counter, original heathkit manual, fold out schematic, and a small carrying 
case. Now for the bad news, something is wrong with it, it does not count and 
several digits do not light. It shouldn't be too hard to fix because the manual 
is very comprehensive and the drawings show the logic train. The IC's are 
listed along with substitutes. The NiCads are original but defective. Photo on
