[Heathkit] Need schematic for IP-28 power supply

Hello all,
   I picked up an IP-28 power supply this weekend.  So far all I get is 
blown fuses.  Does anyone have a schematic they can scan, fax, copy, or 
post?  I checked BAMA with no success.  The UK circuits site is still down.  
Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks.
