[Heathkit] 572B's horizontal

This mod was also proposed (and used) for the Collins 30L1. Horizontal mounting of the 572 should be less of a problem than using the 811A's. I think the plate spacing is smaller on the 811A than on the 572B and the concurrent filament sag should be even less of a problem as well (for the 572B). Others may have a differing opine on this.
