[Heathkit] transactions with Hans Nitzsche or WB6BLV delayed

The local Police Dept has determined that there has been
frequent theft of incoming and outgoing mail from the house
owned by WB6BLV and housesat by Hans Nitzsche when
WB6BLV is in the hospital for a continuing series of ortho
surgeries.
