Hi Bob.
Suspect power supply first.
Turn on the radio and lift the lid. Are he tubes glowing?
Are the pilot lights on? Are the cables intact? Is it plugged in?
Did you blow a fuse? Reset button?
If all the tubes are dark, maybe you blew the low voltage
winding on the power transformer or have a bad cable / connection.
Start at the beginning and check each link in the chain.
Fuse > Power plug> Power supply output> 11 pin cable> etc
Keep us informed.
