[Heathkit] SB-303

I have the 1970 Fairchild data books with the SE5023 if you want a copy of
the data sheets.

I also have SE5020 transistors which are the same family, the data sheet
covers SE5020 to SE5024.  The SE5023 is selected for its AGC control
characteristics, and the SE5020 is selected for low noise figure, but they
are in the same family and may work fine.
