The SO-239 connectors are just looped through, as are the RCA jacks.  Both are
used for the "Christmas Tree" or "trapezoid" linearity display, (sample of
Linear amplifier input against amplifier output,) but you can get an envelope
display just by running your RF output through the SO-239's and using the
internal sweep.
