Thanks to all who replied to help out.

I have calibrated the 103 at one point only (106 VAC) with an accurate True
RMS DVM, but would still like to file the original Heath documentation and
calibrate at two points as it suggests.

Walt, W2xxx, has volunteered a .pdf file, and that would be the best format
for storage for me. I will post again if that does not work out. Thanks again
to those who replied so promptly.
