An example of the problem.  During VietNam I spent a few days in =
Okinawa.   While walking through one of the cities (don't recall which), =
I stopped in a bookstore.   I was happy to find a nice selection of ARRL =
publications, and incredibly cheap also. I think I still have the VHF =
manual.  As an 19 year old kid I didn't know or think about copyright =
infringement.  Now thinking back, I'm sure its an illegal copy otherwise =
they wouldn't be able to sell it so cheap.  We could also buy popular =
music cassette tapes for 25 cents each.  73, Scott WA9WFA
