[Heathkit] HW-100 loading cap tight.

The loading Cap in my HW100 is getting hard to turn. The bearings look
OK and it isn't binding. It just doesn't turn as freely as it used to.

Is there as fix or recommended lubricant? I have brake caliper grease
with graphite, light synthetic grease with teflon, genuine Teletype
grease, and heavy wheel bearing grease. What is recommended? I'm leaning
toward the synthetic grease or the wheel bearing grease.

Do I really need a new capacitor, and where can I get one?
