[Heathkit] 54-143 transformer

The 54-143 power transformer comes out of the ac supply usually used with
the Hw-101 and other xceivers.  I forget the model number.  Other than the
original lead length and some other minor
differences they are the same and can be interchanged.  Used one in my
SB-401,  no problem.
