Hi Woody,

With all due respect, this is just not true. The moderators exist at the
convenience of Mr Waller, who establishes the fair use practices of his
lists. 

The rules for these lists are specifically stated on the QSL.NET page,
and I suspect the moderator does NOT have the right to significantly
change them.
