[Heathkit] Re; HO-10 scope hash

Thanks for the comments re my HO-10 scope.  From all I can gather it is acting
normally.  The hash is not noticeable when the rig is on an antenna, only when
it is on a dummy load.  I does increase the noise floor, but on an antenna it
would take a really quiet band to make it noticeable.  I noticed it on the
dummy load.  Summer is not the time to find a quiet band!
