Does anyone know how to dissolve the blue-green crystalline corrosion that forms on copper and brass, particularly on battery compartment contacts? I have some corroded battery holders. Also the capacitor shaft and bushing on my HM-10A "tunnel Dipper" are corroded (I think this was caused by WD-40 interacting with the brass. Would an acid like vinegar or lemon juice work? Thanks.
