[Heathkit] SB-221 160 and 10 Mtr mods ?? tubes ??

Hi-
     Is there an internet source for articles on modifying the SB-221
for 160 and 10 Meters? Or...where can I find these tested mods?
    A good source for a pair of 3-500 tubes?
