[Heathkit] WTB transistor checker

Go to Harbor Freight.  They have a small digital multimeter that has a 
transistor tester built in with a socket on the front.  It sells of 
$9.99 normally, which is damned good, but......  A while back they had 
them on sale at $3.99 so I bought three of them and sprinkled them 
around the house.
