[Heathkit] Fw: Transformer List Compilation

There was a question on one of the other Heath reflectors where someone
wanted to know if there was a Heath transformer cross reference.

Doug has volunteered to compile such a list and he will take any
information you care to contribute at the address below.

He can take an attached text file, and prefers comma delimited.

At a minimum, he requires the following data.

Heath Part number
Model number of the equipment in which it's used
A description of both the part and the model

I've included the date of the manual from which I've gotten the
information....  just in case there's a change during the life of the
product.
