[Heathkit] FS: HEATH IG-42 RF LABORATORY GENERATOR w/pics

Hi Guys;
I have for SALE:
Heathkit IG-42 rf Laboratory Generator is considered by many to be one of 
thier better models! It is in Excellent, clean condition, comes with the 
cable shown & with only a few paint chips(4) on the back top edge. 
It covers from 100kcs to 30 mcs in 5 ranges. I have only tested it by 
listening for a tone in my Short-Wave receiver on each of the ranges & found 
to be fine in this regard with the dial being close to frequency.
The copper chassis is in excellent condition with no oxidation as you can see.
The Brass screening for shielding is Original Heathkit!
This unit is all complete & just about 100% original except three knobs have 
been replaced with better quality knobs.
While this is NOT a piece of Flea-Market junk & came from the original 
builder, it still may need a bit of alignment or cleaning of switchs, pots, 
etc!
A real nice piece of test gear for working on & restoring the older tube type 
receivers, etc!
