I have a Groff Mixer board for sale.  This was written up in some =
publication and evidently sold boards for the project.  This is the "C" =
version which is made to work with Heath SB lines as well as HW.  The =
board allows the use of a standard frequency counter for a transceiver =
readout.  I sold my last SB before every trying it.  It comes complete =
with the 2 part article and complete technical description.   I paid =
more but would take $50 shipped.  Tnx.........JR   K7PUR
