[Heathkit] Can someone Help Identify a Xmfr?

Would appreciate some assistance. I have some sketchy information about a
Heath Plate transformer that's being offered to me. Here's some of the
information forwarded  to me by the seller. Is it identifiable from these
notations?:

part # 1734747-2

54 1063 (imprinted on side of xmfr)
60 8820 (imprinted on side of xmfr) 

Hand written notations on the box indicate 1500V, 6.3V and 15V bias.
