[Heathkit] SB-200 Sticking Meter Pointer

I have not used my SB-200 in awhile and now the meter pointer sticks.=20
It will not read properly unless I tap on the meter. If I change =
functions
using the meter switch it sticks in the previous position. I have tried
to free it up with the meter adjustment screw but no luck!  Any ideas
or suggestions on how to cure a sticking meter movement would be
appreciated.
