[Heathkit] SB-which Amp Problem

First place I would check is the bias supply. There should be about 125VDC
with the relay engaged or not. If its low to start or drops way down the
filter cap is gone. A common SB220 problem.
If you leave it turned on too long it may eventually fry the xfmr.
