[Heathkit] SB220 Band switch

First, thanks to all who offered advice on the "upgrades" to the amp.
, And after re-reading the assambly  instructions (and specifications)
I do see that it is clearly 2kw Input PEP.

Now on to the band switch. One of the contacts on the switch is
damaged (15m ) the damage is on the ceramic wafer. looks like a real
chore to replace too. Is there a way to replace just the contact? I
notice that it is "riveted" in. It still makes contact but I can see
where it arced at some time in the past, as part of the contact is
blown away.
