While I agree that we have a new rapidly spreading virus
(Worm Klez.E) but it is awfully drastic to delete your
incoming mail! If this is how you choose to protect yourself
you can never receive any mail via the Internet!

Go to www.antivirus.com and Download a trial of PC Cillin.
Also don't open any attachments you don't trust without
scanning. You won't get infected unless you open the
attachment.

Also beware of any anti virus "tools" that are emailed to
you, these are certainly viral!

Also if you just wish to perform a quick FREE scan of a
PC go to www.antivirus.com then click on free tools. Then
find the "Housecall" free scan. This is a handy application
that actually scans your system while you are online and
uses Trend Micro's online virus database that is always
current. I use this on any system I work on that doesn't
have decent AV software on it.

It pays to be very careful but we don't need to be paranoid.
