[Heathkit] Need parts for an SB-614

Looking for the following parts for an SB-614.

Front panel plastic bezel  #210-72  (prefer one in excellent condition)
11 lug rotary switch  #63-1223  (with or without components that are on
it)
.1 uf 1600vdc cap  #23-62  (or a source that has them)
two dual phono sockets  #434-82  (or a source that has them)
two power supply diodes  #57-52  D105, D106  (or a source that has them)

Cabinet top  #90-1103-1
Cabinet bottom #90-1127-1

The cabinet top and bottoms are used on several different pieces.
Doesn't matter if the paint is scuffed/stained.  Just looking for some
that are not all dented.
