[Heathkit] DX-100B

Several days ago, I picked up this transmitter.  I also have my original
DX-100 but this B model differs beyond the variable loading capacitor.  Can
anyone loan me the manual to copy?  Here is what I notice in this B model:

Two slide switches next to the right side of the PTO

Three coax fittings - I assume to hook up the SB-10 SSB adapter.

Can someone tell me what changes were made when Heathkit went to the B
model.

This unit was bought in 1961.

Also have the Maurader amplifier which is also for sale.
