[Heathkit] Part needed forSA-5010 Keyer

Hi All-

Does anyone know where I can procure the "U4" IC used in the Heathkit
SA-5010 Electronic Keyer?  It's the rectifier/voltage regulator, I believe,
that is situated at the input connector where the HK wall-wart plugs into
the keyer.  The HK part number was #442-54.

The assembly manual states that it can be replaced with a type 7805 IC;
however a quick check in RF Parts yielded no matches to that number.

Anyone have a clue?
