[Heathkit] Parting out a Hallicrafters HT-32B

I have a Hallicrafters HT-32B which is 90% or more complete. The front is 
clean, all knobs are there.. The band switch seems to work, The cabinet is 
good except for 1 hole drilled in the top cover.  All transformers are 
present. The chassis is dirty but will clean up very nice. It's still bright 
golden color and serial numbers are present. The final cage and hold down 
springs are there..

Here's what appears to be missing:

Line cord was cut off
4 screws to hold the chassis to the cabinet are gone.
No finals or rectifier tubes as well as 4 other missing tubes. All other 
tubes and shields are there.
The fan is missing.

I will take $150 for the whole thing plus shipping. It looks like it could be 
brought back with a little elbow grease..
