[Heathkit] Tape on Meter face.

Use some olive or cooking oil and soak the scotch tape, masking tape, or
paper labels. Doesn't take too long to come off. If some residue remains I use lighter fluid to
get rid of the remains. I have found this to work well on tape, etc. on
painted panels wiht no damage.
