Hi Jim,

I use "Goo Gone". I think it's a kerosene based solvent, that has never 
damaged any plastics that I have used it on. It's made here in Cleveland, 
Ohio by the Magic American Corporation. Hopefully it's available in your area 
too. I always have a bottle on hand here in the shack. It attacks tape goo 
almost as well as M.E.K. but it won't harm plastics like M.E.K. will. If you 
put a few drops on the edge of the tape, it will eventually wick under the 
cellophane and start dissolving the glue.


ps. Are you related to the Heath family that made my DX-100?
