[Heathkit] HW100 sidetone

The audio circuit board in the HW-100 is the same as in the SB-101, or close
enough for government work.  You will see a place for the pot to adjust the
sidetone volume, but no pot.  If you will get the schematic for the SB-101
or 102, you can see what you need to to.

I don't know how to change the tone but changing it will not change the
transmitted signal in any way.
