[Heathkit] Heathkit 309-C Probe Revisited

Once again the kind readers of this list came through and helped me find the
information I needed for the Heathkit 309-C RF probe.  At the following URL
are two files that cover the important points

check this web site before posting to this reflector, but failed to see it
............ DOH!  Also, one response mentioned that a generic germanium
diode should work.  I checked with my "Elmer" last night (the guy that gave
me the probe in the first place) and he said a 1N34A diode is what he always
used.  Many thanks to the respondents.
