[Heathkit] Replacement Tubes for SB-200

I managed to re-acquire an SB-200 that I had built new many years ago. The 
only problem was that the finals were long gone. I bought Penta 572B tubes 
really based on what I thought was Penta Labs reputation from years ago. 
Rather than being made by Penta, the tubes turned out to be Chinese. I admit 
to being somewhat upset given what I have heard about Chinese vacuum tubes 
but they work very well, are very stable, and give full out output right up 
through 10 meters.
