[Heathkit] TC 2 tube tester

I now have the Jan 1, 1961 Update for the Heathkit TC-2 (For all of the TC
series).  Looks like now most tubes from 1930 to 1976 can be tested.  If you
have a TC 1 or 2, or 2P you need the original
chart *dated 1956), the Jan 1 1961, Jan 1, 1966, and the final 1978 booklet
(this is on BAMA).  There may be more but this set seems to cover
everything.

I find for my usage the TC 2 is as accurate as several big testers I have
used.  It also tests tubes such as 1U4 and 1U5 that some of the newer
testers don't cover.

As always its a relative test as I often find a good tube does not work
(very well) and one that is marginal works fine.  In my old S-72 a 1U4 that
tests slightly in the bad works fine and a NOS that I paid $5 for causes the
S-72 to distort and on the BC band you can't turn the volume down (still
loud at minimum).
