     If you cant find a replacement dial, you can always have a ham scan a
'good dial'  in on a computer.  Then print the scan on a full size Avery
sticky label, then place it over the worn dial. Trim it to size.

 If you have a good printer, you would never notice the difference !

Just a last resort idea !
