[Heathkit] SB LMO spacers

   I have a friend that just picked up a pair of the
401/301 twins, in both units the LMO's are spaced
above the chassis by washers, anyone heard of this
before and as to why it might be done, was it a
modification of some sort in later units? None
of my units have it done.
