[Heathkit] Wanted Heath TC-2 Chart

I have a Heath TC-2 tune tester that works well but I am missing testing
info for some common tubes
such as 5AR4, 6AQ8 etc.   The tester has a chart inside that is dated 1956
and I have a book that updates the 1966 chart (the book is dated 1978).
What I need is the chart dated 1966.  I have tried the settings from the IT
series of tester and they always fail.

Please reply to me and not the list with price and condition..a copy is OK.
