Hello Frank  KB3DLH;

Here is the information I think you wanted.

I start with the caps at about 1/2 and tune the inductor
for minimum swr and then adjust both caps and inductor for
the lowest SWR.

Always tune for Minimun inductance and Maximum capatiance.
This gives you the lowest loss and best harmonic
attenuation.
