[Heathkit] SA-2040 Tuning Position Help (No Manual)

Can anyone please provide me with the manual's suggested "starting
positions" for tuning this transmatch for 80-10 meters?.Or point me to an
archive somewhere that has the info.

Per QST review, they were supplied in the manual. Found this tuner at a
Hamfest, no manual, of course..

The tuning position defaults might save me some time versus doing it
experimentally to find the match points with most capacitance.

I feed my 135 ft dipole with 450-ohm window line.

I guess I can buy a photo copy of the manual, but that seems like overkill

I can't wait to get the SA-2040 hooked up so I can send my MFJ off to eBay.
