[HCRA] Next 10 Meter Net is Monday, 11/13 @ 7pm

The next HCRA 10-meter net will be held on Monday, 11/13 at 7 pm, on 
28.375 usb

Nets are held on Monday evenings at 7pm, plus on the 4th Monday of each 
month there will be a guest Net Control.
