[HCRA] Big E Space Chat Details

If that's the case then it is what it is.

However, it's misleading and should have been defined in the many e-mails
I've received from HCRA and ARRL.
The e-mail I got from the ARRL stated the following.

" The Big E free admission for amateur radio operator and up to three
guests (maximum 4 people) is good on Space Chat Day, only."

No mention of any time restrictions/limitations. If BigE made the policy
that included restrictions like entry times, it should have been relayed to
the hams that plan on going.
I would love to see the contact happen in-person but I won't be able to
make it for 1:20pm contact (which I understand is controlled by
NASA/ARISS).

A bit disappointing. Thankfully I don't have to travel far. I will feel bad
for the hams that come after 1:20pm from far away to be forced to pay an
entry fee or be turned around.
