[HCRA] November Zero Beat Deadline

Attention HCRA members,
The November Zero Beat Deadline is approaching fast!
Please have any submissions or articles to me no later than October15th 
unless prior arrangements were made. These have been short months with 
the meeting being held a week later than normal for Sept. and Oct. This 
leaves a short amount of time to get Zero Beat edited and published.
