*New England ARES® Academy *(Saturday)



Features workshops and talks aimed at getting you prepared and ready to
face any emergency communications situation. The program includes an intro
to the ARRL Amateur Radio Emergency Service® (ARES®), HF Propagation for
EmComm, Getting Started with WinLink Express, SKYWARN Refresher, Tactical
Message Handling, Lessons Learned from the “Big Ones”, Intro to NEBMS, and
Go-kit Strategies.



*Nashua Area Radio Society Expo* (Saturday)

The Nashua Area Radio Society will be hosting an Amateur Radio Exposition
at the convention, featuring activities and displays about amateur radio
and wireless communications.

*Grand Banquet* (Saturday)

Our grand banquet will feature Joe Eisenberg, K0NEB. Joe will discuss how
he got into kit-building and his experiences with the hobby.



Joe was first licensed in 1969 and is a Life Member and Diamond Club Member
of ARRL. He is the Kit Building Editor for CQ Magazine and a contributing
author of *The ARRL Handbook* (Construction Techniques Chapter).
