[HCRA] Winter Field Day

Ok folks, I realize that the idea of winter field day is to operate in
challenging conditions. However, in the interest of safety, trying to get a
group together right after or during a snowstorm is not considerate. So the
WFD activity at Hampton Ponds with Harold N1FTP and John N1JIE is cancelled.
I have heard that Chris W1TRK and Aaron KF1G are going to be out. Best
wishes and good luck to them. Hopefully, they will share pictures and
comments with us.
I may give it a try from my truck tomorrow, depends on the weather. I can
do that from the driveway 😉
Sorry everyone. At my age, I tend to look at safety and prudence in
activities more than I did in my 30s 😜
I will try to put together a POTA / portable activity for new hams as we
get closer to summer.
73, John N1JIE
