[HCRA] Fox Hunting

To All NEMass Fox Hunters and Friends,

I've attached the Webex invitation link for our video conference next
Tuesday, February 8, at 7:30 PM. If you haven't used Webex before, it's
very similar to Zoom; just click the "Join Meeting" button. The conference
link will be active at 7:00 PM for those who want to join early and check
their connection or just chat. The meeting will officially start at 7:30
PM. Feel free to forward the invitation to your local ham club or friends
who may be interested in fox hunting.

The meeting agenda is very fluid. We'll start with brief introductions and
all participants can have a "show and tell" of their fox hunting gear and
foxes. If you have slides, I can pass the presenter permissions to you for
screen sharing.

Following the show and tell, we'll go to discussion topics. These can
include:
  - Fox notifications. Are they adequate? Should more/less info be provided?
  - For those who put out the foxes: what are your intentions for the
season? How often and where will foxes be put out?
  - Should we have training sessions when foxes are put out?
  - Our Groups.io site has a Wiki; should more info be put in the Wiki?
  - Is there interest in having competitions?
  - What are good techniques for hunting?
  - Just about all of the hunts have been "find the fox in the woods." Are
there other types of hunts you'd like to see?
  - The New England HamXpo is August 26-28. Should there be a fox hunting
booth and/or presentation?

email.
