Phil,
I had no idea that was a private email.  I thought all these emails were coming from the HCRA reflector.  Plus, now that I'm looking at old emails and the headers I see some of your emails to me were to the whole list while it seems one was to me solely.
I sincerely apologize for the mistake!  Had I known that was a private email I can assure you that I would have never replied to the whole list.
